The lifechanging experience of Camp Deer Run revolves around one central aspect – simply experiencing God. One of the most important aspects of that experience is being outdoors in the beauty of God’s creation. Removed from the distractions of the manmade world, kids can be kids the way God intended it and see Him in nature as He created it. It’s our responsibility to preserve and maintain this special environment so that generations of future campers will see God in these woods, and that they might know Him.
