IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION
To hold your child’s place in their chosen session a deposit of $50 is required for Resident Camp. The deposit for Day Camp is $10. Deposits are non-refundable. The balance is due four weeks before the session’s start date.
CABIN MATE REQUESTS: You may request ONE cabin buddy that is within one year of your camper’s age to be considered for placement together. In order for your cabin buddy request to be considered, both campers must request each other. Cabin buddies are considered on an individual basis and Camp Deer Run reserves the right to refuse cabin buddy requests.
PAYMENT: You may pay online with a Visa or MasterCard, or you can mail a check to Camp Deer Run, 1227 CR 4590, Winnsboro, TX, 75494. Paying with a credit card registers your camper immediately. Campers paying by check will be registered as soon as we receive and process your payment. Please send a note with your check indicating the name of your child and which session he is registering for.
CANTEEN AND CRAFTS are now included within camper fees!!! This will greatly simplify everything from the day you register your child until the time your child leaves camp at the end of the session. You only have to make one all inclusive payment! With this change there will be no more waiting in line needing to pay canteen money on Sundays and no more worrying about whether or not your child has enough canteen money during their session! This will also streamline many parts of our operation so that we can spend less time concerned about canteen money and more time focused on our campers!
